"The price of freedom is to be true to yourself"

Recognize that how we think is so much more important than what we think.

Personal Learning Tools

Each learner individually uses 4 learning tools, to keep track of their personal development.

1. Learning contract

Every learner draws her/his own personal roadmap by making a learning contract. It is a personal development plan where you reflect on your history and build learning goals and assessments for your (future) learning.

2. Learning journal

The learning journal is a personal reflection tool. It is used to document your ideas during various learning situations.

3. Books and other reading material

Books give you new ideas and top-of-the-bill business theories that can be applied in your own business. After reading, you'll write a paper or personal essay.

4. Portfolio

Portfolio is your personal collection of documents, emails, training materials etc. It is your own information source that documents your learning journey.
