The EBBS KINO (Knowledge Intensive Network Organisation) concept is based on the idea that learners learn faster and more effective by creating networks.

Communication and dialogue skills are vital in building learning communities and high performance business teams.

EBBS uses the following community learning tools

1. Community of practice

Creating and sustaining actual and virtual (through our E-learning platform) communities through enhancing communication and dialogue skills.

2. Learning buddies

Is a small group (actual and/or virtual) who share ideas on books, projects and personal growth experiences.

3. Practical courses

Here you transform ideas, theories into real-life practice.

4. Seminars

EBBS and others organize a wide variety of different kinds of business lectures. In seminars you get inspired by thoughts you can use in your own business and life.
